On Saturday, February 15, Tyler School of Art and Architecture will sponsor a bus going to the Brooklyn Museum in Brooklyn, NY.
The bus leaves at 9 am sharp from 13th and Diamond Streets, and will go to the Brooklyn Museum, (200 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, NY). We will leave from the same location at 5:30 p.m. to return to Tyler around 7:30 p.m.
The Brooklyn Museum costs $10 for students with ID. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden is also a short walk away and is open until 4:30pm with $12 student admission with ID. You may do anything you like in Brooklyn as long as you are back to the Brooklyn Museum when the bus leaves at 5:30 p.m.
You must register for a seat on the bus. Registration will open at 9 am on Friday, January 31 and will close at 12 noon on Thursday, February 13. The trip is limited to 54 people, and all Temple students are invited to come, but you must register individually (in other words, you cannot sign up a friend–they must sign up themselves) and you must be logged into your TU Mail account to sign up.
If you need a wheelchair-accessible bus, you must register and then email kati@temple.edu no later than 12 pm on Friday, February 7 so a wheelchair accessible bus may be ordered.
You will receive an email confirming your seat on the bus on Thursday, Feb 13.
