Open Education Week: Create, Reuse, Remix: An Intro to Creative Commons Licenses

    Temple University Libraries

Have you ever wondered if you have the right to use an image in a presentation, in a class lecture, or on a website? Or maybe you’ve wanted to adapt an existing piece of music, change up an infographic, or include someone else’s content in your course materials? Creative Commons licenses can provide guidance to those questions, helping creators and educators share and use materials without rights headaches.

Join us as we cover the basics of Creative Commons licenses—what they are, how to find CC-licensed material, and how to license your own work. It's simple and empowering. This workshop is offered as part of Open Education Week.

This workshop will be offered as an online session via Zoom. You must register for this workshop to receive the Zoom link via a confirmation email. On the day of the workshop, use the link to join the session.

This workshop will be recorded. Register to attend the live session or to receive a copy of the recording.

Contact Rebecca Lloyd at tuf23498@temple.edu with any questions.
