Owl Team Leaders (OTLs) are Temple University’s orientation leaders. OTLs work with University staff, new students, and each other to create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for new students and their family members during summer orientation programs and beyond.

Attending one of our three interest sessions is required to successfully submit an application. This interest session will overview the position and the application process, allow you to hear from former Owl Team Leaders, and answer any questions you have about the experience.
