Every year, Sustainability Week raises awareness about the importance of sustainable and responsible practices for discarding material. To participate in this campaign, the Temple offices ofInformation Security and Privacy, Sustainability, and the Computer Recycling Center have contracted with ProShred to bring you a safe paper disposal event.

On Monday, April 3 (rain or shine) from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, you can bring paper next to Founder's Garden on 13th Street (across the street from the library) for secure disposal. You can pull your car up on the side of 13th street, put your hazard lights on and carry your paper material from your car to the shredder truck.

ProShred’s secure truck will accept your paper and destroy it. You will be able to witness the paper being shredded on the spot in the ProShred truck.

This is also a great opportunity to help protect yourself and Temple University from information and identity theft. We look forward to seeing you on April 3rd!
