Philly Spring Cleanup is the largest citywide cleanup of the year sponsored by the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Streets. Every April, thousands of volunteers take part, cleaning their neighborhoods and parks in over 300 different projects all over the city. Grab a broom and join your fellow Temple Owls on a block near you!
This year the Office of Sustainability, Office of Community Affairs and Engagement & Temple Athletics are teaming up to cover at least 5 different areas immediately surrounding campus including around the Edberg-Olson Hall and Temple Sports Complex, as well as Carver High, and Duckery Elementary Schools.
You must complete this form to register for this event.
This year's cleanup is now on Saturday, April 15th from 10AM - 1PM. Volunteers should plan to report to Berean Presbyterian Church (2101 N. Broad Street) at 10AM to pick up supplies and receive their block assignment. Cleaning tools, PPE and water will be provided.
