Powered by Protein: Recommendations and Current Controversies

    College of Public Health

Join us for an expert panel discussion that cuts through social media myths to deliver evidence-based insights on protein. We'll cover the fundamentals—what protein is and which foods contain it—along with recommendations for young adults and college athletes, including optimal timing strategies and a practical overview of supplements. Our panelists will tackle the most common myths circulating online, answer questions about how much protein you really need, and help you make informed decisions for your health and performance goals. Bring your questions!
