PPL Policy Challenge

    College of Liberal Arts

This fall PPL will host a Policy Challenge at Temple University. For the challenge student teams (2 to 4 students) will be given a prompt about a current policy issue. This year’s prompt asks teams to respond to a health policy issue. Teams will develop a policy response to the prompt and write a two-page proposal which they will present before a panel of judges who will select a winner. The winning team will receive a prize of $500 and support to attend the Policy Super Bowl at the University of Chicago in February 2026. The Policy Super Bowl brings together the winning teams from universities across the country to similarly present their proposals before a panel of judges. Both the PPL Policy Challenge and the Policy Super Bowl provide students with the opportunity to creatively engage with and analyze public policy, receive mentorship, network with policymakers, hone communication skills, and win prize money!
