What is GIS?
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is the technology behind anything that combines data with maps. If you've ever used Google Maps or Yelp, you're using GIS! It lets us visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data to understand relationships and patterns across space and has wide applications across many fields including health, business, education, government, engineering, and planning.
Why pursue the PSM in GIS?
- One-year program
- Designed for working professionals
- Cutting edge skills in an area with 35% job growth (U.S. Department of Labor)
- No GREs required
To learn more about the PSM in GIS, join us at our Information Session for International Students Wednesday February 10th at noon. Lunch will be provided
