Redefined: Owning Recreation Video Premiere & Discussion

Redefined: Owning Recreation is a documentary short that shares the stories of six individuals whose lives have been affected by mental illness, and how they used recreation to redefine themselves. Dr. Gretchen Snethen will lead a dicussion along with some of the participants after the showcase about the impact of recreation and leisure related to mental health wellness. 
 
Doors open at 1:30, showcase to begin promptly at 2:00. Please arrive on time.
