This 2-hour interactive workshop utilizes concepts of fostering brave and courageous dialogues to provide LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Participants will be presented with various techniques that promotes advocacy, empowerment, and support for gender and sexuality inclusion. Lastly, participants will gain a deeper understanding towards the importance of fostering inclusivity to dismantle systemic structures that have historically marginalized LGBTQIA+ individuals. This is the concluding workshop to acquire a Safe Zone certification.
