Mindfulness is an evidenced based modality proven to be effective for individuals struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic pain, etc. This course is an introduction to mindfulness-based practices and interventions for both personal and professional use. It is a workshop style course with a focus on experiential learning.
