Taking Care of You: Tools to Manage Stress and Overcome Imposter Syndrome

    Mental health challenges are common among graduate students. These issues influence student's trajectories in their programs-- and beyond with many students reporting growing anxieties regarding career uncertainties. This workshop facilitated by the Wellness Resource Center will help students explore ways to manage stress, imposter syndrome, and learn self-care techniques to help you through graduate school.

    This event is open to all graduate students at Temple University.
