This webinar provides an overview of US Supreme Court decisions since 2021 that have upended public health law for instructors in the field.

The presenters, which include authors of the practice-focused textbook The New Public Health Law, will offer insights and advice for those faced with teaching to these decisions in the coming year — guiding and educating around the gravity of the situation, finding ways to help students see through what’s going on for themselves, and discussing what the decisions mean for practice.
