Breaking Bad: A Lecture on the Ethical and Psychological Underpinnings of Destructive Leadership | Dr. Crystal Harold
Although leaders have the power to do immeasurable good, news headlines are riddled with stories of leaders whose destructive behaviors harm their followers, organizations, and society. In this lecture we’ll break down some cases of destructive leadership, explore why leaders behave badly, and what happens when they do. The class structure will be mostly lecture-based, but with some time for attendees to ask and answer questions, and more generally discuss why otherwise good people/leaders do bad things.
