Zumba is a Latin-inspired group fitness dance class for everyone! It feels more like a party than a workout but you will sweat, burn calories and have fun while dancing! The 60-minute class will include a variety of music and medium - high intensity movements, along with easy to follow steps and rhythms. No dance experience required! Please wear sneakers, have water available and try to dance on a hard flat surface."
About the instructor, Rachel Gionta:
Rachel is a 2005 Klein College of Media and Communication and 2008 College of Education grad. She has been licensed and teaching Zumba since 2013.
