Join the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Society for Nutrition Education (DVCSNE) for an update on the role of nutrition and diet in cancer prevention and outcomes. This event will feature two dynamic speakers.
Elaine Trujillo, MS, RD is a Nutritionist with the Nutrition Science Research Group in the Division of Cancer Prevention at the National Cancer Institute, where she promotes the translation of information about bioactive food components as modifiers of cancer.
David B. Sarwer, PhD is Associate Dean for Research and Director of the Center for Obesity Research and Education at the College of Public Health at Temple University, where his research is focused on the etiology and treatment of obesity.
