To cap off Transit Equity Week, Temple's Office of Sustainability is joining partners of Transit Forward Philly for our second "transit to trails" outing of the semester. Transit is the backbone of our region's mobility and economy, and this outing will highlight the importance of expanding access to transit here in Philadelphia. This outing will begin with a discussion on opportunities for expanding transit access on campus and beyond.

The outing will kick off in HGSC Room 200A with refreshments and the opportunity to meet other partners of Transit Forward Philly for a discussion of transit equity, transit funding, and student transit passes. From here, all registrants will receive transit passes to head out for a hike to a greenspace here in Philadelphia. We will make it back to campus before 2 PM.
