Strengths-based coaching is a way of finding out what you naturally do best, and then intentionally using those natural talents to approach your goals and challenges in a way that works for you. By focusing on what you're good at, and areas where you excel, you can find ways to build your talents into strengths that you can apply in all areas of your life. It's based on decades of research by Gallup, who have surveyed over 20 million people and identified 34 talent "themes."
Before attending this workshop, you’ll take Gallup’s online assessment to identify your top five strengths or talent themes. In the workshop, led by a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, you’ll get to know your strengths better, and work on ways to use your strengths intentionally to achieve your goals and meet your challenges. You’ll also spend time thinking about ways in which you can use your strengths to collaborate with other people and hone your communication style; and you’ll end by creating an action plan to keep your attention focused on building your strengths and drawing on them wherever possible.
