Yuri Kochiyama's Story: Passion for Justice Film Screening

    Institutional Diversity, Equity, Advocacy and Leadership (IDEAL)

    Join the AAPI faculty & Staff affinity group for a film screening on the life of Yuri Kochiyama and her passion in promotion social justice. As a supporter of Malcom X, Kochiyama was a strong advocate of racial justice, nuclear disarmament, and the Japanese American Redress and Reparations Movement. A brief dialogue will occur post the film screening.
