Destress Before Finals: Relaxation and Mindfulness Session

    College of Liberal Arts

    Join us on December 10th from noon to 2pm for a mindfulness event led by Dr. Josh Mervis, Assistant Professor of Instruction in Psychology and Neuroscience. 

    The session will focus on relaxation and centering exercises to help you prepare before your exams begin; food will be provided for attendees.
