Shelter-in-Place is used when there is an environmental hazard, such as unsafe weather or hazardous materials release. Shelter-in-place requires one to get inside, away from exterior windows and doors, and stay there until the threat is cleared. This drill is intended to help the Temple University community gain experience with the Shelter-in-Place procedure. The drill will take place on February 12 at 10 am.
