Total Wellness is sponsoring free biometric screenings for faculty and staff at Temple University Ambler. 

Biometric Screenings will provide faculty and staff members with blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels, and BMI. This information may be used to complete or update a “wellness profile” and begin using an online heath assistant to set goals, select healthy activities, track progress and earn rewards.
