Knowing what to eat can be overwhelming! Your Registered Dietitian will meet with you to develop a safe and realistic eating plan to look and feel your best. All employees enrolled in Independence Blue Cross health insurance plans are eligible to 6 FREE nutrition counseling sessions with our registered dietitian per year.

Benefits department and IBX have partnered with Ramp Health to offer on-site nutrition counseling sessions. If you attend a Ramp Health Nutrition Counseling Session led by a Registered Dietician you can earn 5 credits towards your Total Wellness rewards.

This on-site session will be held in Mitten Hall Lower Level, HR Conference Room on Wednesday, August 21 from 8:30AM - 4PM. You will need to pre-register to have a 45-60 minute one-on-one session which are 100% confidential and HIPPA protected.
