Adjusting to college life can be challenging. Thriving on Campus is a program to help students build skills to lead a well-rounded and happy college experience. Stress is an unavoidable part of life, but we can learn how to manage our stress so that it doesn't completely overwhelm us. This workshop will focus on stress management skills as well as in-the-moment stress relief techniques.
