There are many aspects of our lives that influence how we feel about food and our bodies. Diet culture is a set of beliefs and values that keeps folks feeling inadequate in their bodies and can be harmful despite much of the wellness-oriented messaging we are exposed to. This program will explore ways to identify diet culture and opportunities to care for our bodies with kindness.
