Intentionally paying attention to the current moment without judgement takes some practice and the WRC wants to create space for you to do just that!
Mindful Mondays will be virtual opportunities to learn about the science of mindfulness, as well as engage in an optional guided practice (different each time).
Join us at either 3:00 or 3:30pm or stay the whole hour!
