This week's theme explores embracing an attitude of gratitude and taking up space to recognize yourself and the work that YOU do everyday.
Staying Present invites you to learn about the science of mindfulness, as well as engage in an optional guided practice that changes each session. No previous mindfulness experience or existing practice required.
